Welcome to StoneWood Cabin!
Our cabin is nestled on the side of a mountain and is surrounded by large old trees and stone walls. It is convenient to everything! Stonewood is ideally suited for couples, families and friends. It is one of the closest cabin rentals to the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Beautiful views will be found from the porches and as you stroll along the winding road. There are many activities nearby or you may choose to relax and unwind in our swing, rocking chairs or hot tub. Watching the birds and chipmunks, while sipping morning coffee, is one of our favorite things to do. Another favorite is our campfire. It's a great place to relax, tell stories and roast marshmallows.
The cabin features lovely hickory hardwood flooring, three porches, a well-supplied kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, two bedrooms and a bath downstairs and a loft with four beds and a bath upstairs.
Our close proximity to the Nantahala River, the Nantahala Gorge, and Bryson City has many benefits including quick access to whitewater activities, hiking and biking trails, great restaurants, ziplining, horseback riding, gem mining, fishing, bike rentals and convenient access to the best attractions the Smoky Mountains have to offer.
