HOLIDAY RATES
3 to 5 night minimum at $150 per night plus cleaning fee and tax.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
In addition to the Total Rental, a refundable security deposit in the amount of $250.00 will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

PAYMENT TERMS
- Signed Rental Agreement required to confirm reservation
- 50% of total rental due immediately to reserve dates
- Balance of total rental and refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations. Your initial payment will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival will forfeit the advance payment unless we can re-rent the cabin.
