Rates

May  - October

• $150 per night - 3 night minimum
• $875 per week

November, December & April

• $125 per night - 2 night minimum
• 800 per week

January - March

• $100 per night - 2 night minimum
• $700 per week

Holidays            

• $150 per night   (3 to 5 night minimum depending on holiday)

Payment Terms

• Two or three night Minimum (holidays require a longer stay)
• Refundable $250 Security Deposit required within 7 days of making reservation
• 50% of rent due 60 days prior to arrival
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• Cleaning Fee $70
• Please add 9.75% for NC lodging tax
• No Smoking Allowed
• Pets considered - $25 per night or $100 per week; additional security deposit may be required
• 8 person maximum

We accept Visa, Mastercard or personal checks.

Cancellation policy

Your deposit and initial payment will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date.    Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the payment and deposit unless we can re-rent the cabin.
